LCC’s four outdoor Har-Tru® clay courts provide the perfect setting for a full tennis program, offering private and group instruction, kids’ classes, drop-in play times, and weekly cardio clinics. Ball machines and private hitting partners are available for extra practice at no additional charge. The club also hosts tournaments, social activities, and USTA tennis matches, ensuring a vibrant and engaging tennis community.

The Lakewood Country Club tennis program is designed to provide a personalized experience for every member and guest. Our goal is to make each visit to the courts enjoyable by offering a variety of amenities: 

• Private hitting partner (at no charge)

• 4th for doubles

• Ball machine set up and operation

• Making all ball hoppers accessible and feeding balls, if requested

• Supplying families with bigger, slower rally balls to use for the younger players and to foster enjoyable rallies

In addition, our junior tennis program has seen great participation in recent summers. Based on the USTA Quick Start Tennis program, it emphasizes fun and engagement to encourage a lifelong love for the sport. For more details on our outstanding tennis programs, contact the main office.
