Summer Fun at the Pool!
We welcome all of our members and their families to come out and relax at the Lakewood Country Club Swimming Pool Complex, a newly renovated and spacious pool area that opened in 2009. This state-of-the-art facility is the perfect place to meet up with other club members in the summer and it's an ideal setting to host a poolside party! Additionally, members can attend any of LCC's annual pool parties scheduled on Memorial Day, July 4th weekend, and Labor Day.
Pool Amenities Include:
- A modern pool complex that features a corkscrew tube slide, diving boards, lap lanes, fountains and a zero-depth entry area
- A pavilion with a full-service bar and patio area where food, beverage and snack service is offered; the poolside patio is also great for afternoon and evening cocktails and, as mentioned, for hosting pool parties!
- Plenty of poolside tables and seating, as well as full men's and ladies' locker rooms (towels, lockers, and showers available)
- A separate fenced in kiddie pool and play space for the youngest swimmers
- A children’s swim team and swim lessons
LCC Children's Swim Team:
LCC's Penguins Swim Team participates in swimming competitions with other clubs around the area, and LCC hosts swim meets "at home." Together, our local teams comprise the Western Club Swim League (WCSL). Children and grandchildren of members are encouraged to join the team to develop teamwork and strong swimming skills, and most importantly, to have FUN!
LCC Swim Sessions:
LCC offers swim lessons at the Club Pool Complex. Swim lessons are based on skill level (rather than age), and five skill level lesson sessions are available for two-week periods over the summer. Private swim lessons are also available by appointment.
